SpoCon 2011

Fans of science fiction, fantasy, and related genres of movies, literature and games gathered to revel in the fantasy of their choice at SpoCon 2011, Spokane's own sci-fi convention at the Doubletree Inn. Although the costumes display the artistry and depth of each participant's chosen fantasy, everyone involved left the real world at the door and connected with fellow self-professed "geeks" without fear of judgement from outsiders.

SpoCon, for fans and artists of various sci-fi, fantasy and horror genres, drew hundreds, many in costumes, for games, classes, fashion shows, and socializing.
