Hillyard Festival 2011

This year was the 100th anniversary of the Hillyard Festival and the party was the biggest anyone could remember in Spokane's northeast neighborhood.

One of the more somber displays in the annual Hillyard Hi-Jinks Parade was a series of banners with photos of war dead from the Spokane area Saturday.
