The Spokane Stars (Navy) HS Girls AAU basketball team took first place in the All-Star Division of the Summer Heat tournament July 23 at the Spokane Warehouse Athletic Facility. A week later the team placed eighth in the All-Star Division at the MSNM tournament in San Diego. Both tournaments were NCAA certified events.
