Michael Coumont scored 32 points and the Scotties defeated Zillah in the 1A State Semifinals. Quin Hopkins scored 23 points for Freeman, while teammate Dylan Oja scored 12 points. Cesar Diaz led Zilah with 21 points. Freeman now advances to the State Championship and will play Lynden Christian on Saturday.
