Parker Webb had 10 kills and five blocks as the top-ranked West Valley (Yakima) Rams improved to 30-0 with a sweep of the University Titans in a State 4A volleyball tournament opener Friday at Toyota Center in Kennewick. Jilllian Berg added nine kills and 10 digs for the Rams. The Rams trailed the first game 20-17 before closing with an 8-1 run.
