What happened: Jaden Ghoreishi scored 33 points and the Wildcats (5-3) beat the Rams (3-4) at the Curtis Winter Classic at Curtis HS on Friday. Nalu Vargas added 20 points and Jake Lenberger had 16 for Mt. Spokane, which advances to the title game against Kentwood on Saturday. Landen Birely led West Valley with 27 points.
