Sam Runkle scored 11 points, and Shayna Allert and Melody Kempton each had eight to lead Post Falls to a 40-31 win over West Valley of Yakima on Thursday. Down six going into the second quarter, the Trojans held West Valley to just one point in the quarter and held on in the second.
