What happened: The second-seeded Eagles (20-1-1) defeated the visiting fourth-seeded Bayhawks (14-3) in a State 2A third place game at Mount Tahoma HS on Saturday. West Valley placed third in the State 2A girls' soccer tournament.

What happened: The visiting third-seeded Rapids (20-2) beat the visiting second-seeded Eagles (20-1-1) via shootout in a 2A state semifinal on Friday at Mount Tahoma High school. West Valley will play Bellingham in the 3rd place game on Saturday at 12:15 PM.
