The Mead Panthers pulled away from visiting West Seattle to win 59-39. Aaliyah Pauling led the way with 11 points, and Ashlyn Lewey had 10 points and 9 rebounds for the Panthers. Lexi Ione stood out for West Seattle, scoring 21 points, but the team scored only 6 points in the 3rd quarter as Mead put the game out of reach.

Hannah Caudill scored 18 points, including four three-pointers in leading Gonzaga Prep to a win over West Seattle at The Fitz Classic at Gonzaga Prep. The Bullpups jumped out to a 40-11 halftime lead. Otiona Gildon contributed ten points and seven revounds in the win. Gonzaga Prep (2-0) will meet St. Mary's out of Portland, Oregon Saturday at Lewis and Clark High School.
