Brooke Olson allowed one run on six hits and Alyssa Patterson cracked a big two-run home run as North Central defeated West Seattle 5-1 in a first-round game of the State 3A softball tournament in Lacey, Washington. Olson pitched a complete game and added a single and double at the plate. Patterson had two hits.
