What happened: Ellie Denny scored 16 points and the seventh-seeded Lancers (19-2) beat the second-seeded Cougars (22-1) in a State 2B regional. Teagan Colvin added 15 points and Grace Grumbly had 13 for Liberty, which advances to a state quarterfinal on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Arena. Lauryn Madsen led Warden with 24 points.
