Chris Hartis scored 23 points and collected 10 rebounds, and Ryan Ricks put up 12 points and totaled 10 assists as Northwest Christian defeated Walla Walla Valley Academy 59-54 at Waitsburg. With the game tied at 44 in the fourth quarter, the Crusaders went o nan 8-0 run to take the lead for good. Northwest Christian will play Lind/Ritzville-Sprague on Monday at Mead in the next round of regionals.

Malcolm Shaw scored 22 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead Walla Walla Valley Academy over Lacrosse-Washtucna/Kahlotus 60-55 Monday night. Dustin Rose hit five 3-pointers to go with his 17 points for the Knights. Darcy Stamper led Lacrosse-Washtucna/Kahlotus with a game-high 27 points.
