What happened: Jessica Waters hit one home run, scored three times and had four RBIs and the Wildcats (18-2) defeated the Blue Devils (11-7) in the District 8 3A/2A semifinal on Saturday. Payton Dressler doubled, scored three runs and added two RBIs for Mt. Spokane. Tallulah Sickles homered twice for Walla Walla.

What happened: Abby Watkins had two home runs with five RBIs and the Titans (18-2) shut out the Blue Devils (11-8) in the District 8 4A/3A third-place game on Saturday. Maliyah Mann, Bethany Ray and Natalie Singer also homered for U-Hi.
