Paige Malm scored two goals and Lewis and Clark defeated Walla Walla 3-0 on Saturday in the 4A District 8 consolation tournament. Malm nailed her goals in the 28th and the 75th minute. Ella Magnuson scored the other goal for the Tigers in the 78th minute. Lewis and Clark advances to the next round of the playoffs and will face Mead on Tuesday, with the winner of that game advancing to the state.

Kaelyn LaBrosse scored twice and top-seeded Central Valley beat visiting No. 8 seed Walla Walla 4-0 in a 4A District 8 first round game on Wednesday. Michael Pitts and Madylyn Simmelink added goals for the Bears. Central Valley meets Richland on Saturday at 1 pm in a semifinal showdown.
