Dylan Skaife led Ferris with 22 points. Walla Walla will visit Kennewick for a winner-to-state game Saturday.

What happened: Ryan Lafferty scored 24 points, Maverick Sanders scored 21 and the second-seeded Wildcats (20-1) beat the third-seeded Blue Devils (10-12) in a District 8 3A semifinal game on Tuesday. Ken Higgins led Walla Walla with 18 points. Mt. Spokane advances to play top-seeded Kennewick in the championship game on Thursday at Kennewick High School.
