Daniel Tresham led Curlew with 14 points and 7 rebounds in their 55-30 victory over Valley Christian in this District 7 1B tournament match-up. Gunner Brown brought in 11 points for Curlew. Austin Giles earned nine points for Valley Christian. With this victory, Curlew advances to the next round of the playoffs and will face Selkirk on Wednesday. Valley Christian is eliminated from the playoffs with this loss.

Taylor Campbell added 13 points for Republic who will face Wellpinit in the second round, Saturday in Deer Park. Senior, Chase Strunk led V.C. with 15 points, all from beyond the arc.
