Kelsey Turnbow tallied two goals and an assists, and Kasey Ames added a goal and assist as host Central Valley shut out University 3-0 in A 4A regional loser-out match. The Bears will travel to Mead on Saturday to face the Panthers for the right to the #2 seed to the state tournament.

University rallied to beat Chiawana in a shootout on after the match ended 1-1 Tuesday in Pasco. The Riverhawks took the lead just after the hour mark, but Brooke Berg leveled the match at 76 minutes. In the shootout, Rylee Rassier, Julia Adair, Sydney Weiler and Gabriel Orndorff all were successful from the spot, and Ryann Rydeen came up with two big saves to send the Titans through to the next round. They will face off with rival Central Valley on Thursday.
