Joe Brown capped a 13-point game with two late free throws to nail down Lakeside's 50-49 nonleague victory at Troy. Doug Schatz also scored 13 as the Knights got double-figure scoring from four players. Jordan Meshell had 11 and Jordan Nilson 10.

The Wildcats put the game away before halftime by outscoring Troy 21-7 in the second quarter on their way to a 57-26 victory at home. Tucker Gust had 18 points and pulled down 8 rebounds to lead Kellogg.
