In a close playoff game, Pomeroy beat Touchet 39 to 35, with Jace Gwinn who scored 10 points. Pomeroy's free throw shooting was a big key to win the game, making seven free throws in the final quarter. Touchet was led by Carlos Rincon, who scored 16 points.

Carlos Rincon scored 19 points to lead Touchet to a 61-36 victory over Colton in a District 9 1B tournament game at Walla Walla Community College on Monday night. Touchet moves on to play Pomeroy on Friday night at WWCC. Brady Chadwick had 11 points for Colton, which ends its season.
