Josh Pluid and Connor Bennett each scored nine points as visiting Bonners Ferry held on to beat Timberlake 36-33 in a Idaho 3A District I matchup. Timberlake's Keegan Scott had a game-high 19 points. Bonners Ferry will travel to McCall to face Filer in a play-in game for the Idaho 3A state tournament.

The Wildcats earned a ticket to the state tournament in Boise with a 52-45 win over the Tigers at North Idaho College, behind a team-high 18 points from P.J. Colburn. Keegan Scott did all he could to keep Timberlake close in the fourth quarter with 24 points overall, but Kellogg was clutch from the free-throw line, going 8 for 11 in the final period, and they were able to hold the Tigers off.
