What happened: Hope Hassmann scored 24 points and the third-seeded Bears (23-2) beat the 10th-seeded Bullpups (19-8) in a 4A state quarterfinal on Thursday at the Tacoma Dome. Lucy Lynn led G-Prep with 12 points. Tahoma will play the winner of Woodinville/Camas in a semifinal at the Tacoma Dome on Friday, while G-Prep will play the loser in a loser-out game.
