Matthew Schwartz scored 15 points and Summit Academy opened the game on a 9-0 run in eliminating Kootenai from the 1A Division II Regional tournament at St Maries. Summit Academy advances to the state tournament with the win. Kootenai was led by Anthony Ausman with 16 points and 13 rebounds and Jake Pfeiffer added seven points and 10 boards.
