What happened: Sonny Asu rushed for two touchdowns and returned the second-half kickoff 80 yards for a score and the Huskies (8-1) beat the visiting Highlanders (6-4) in a District 5/6/8 2A crossover on Friday. Beckett Ensminger carried 22 times for 120 yards with a touchdown for Shadle Park.

What happened: Mason Brown scored an early touchdown and grabbed an interception late to lead the Bantams (8-2, 6-1) over the Highlanders (6-4, 5-2) in a GSL 2A tiebreaker at University HS. Jordan Dever caught a 25-yard TD pass for Shadle Park, which is the GSL third seed and travels to Othello in a crossover on Friday.
