Steven Beo scored 35 points, and Richland held off Mead in a wild 4A subregional championship game Friday at Richland. The Bombers at one point held a 19-point first-half lead, but the Panthers stormed back to take a 50-49 lead after three quarters. The game was tied at 60 with just over three minutes left, but Beo and the Bombers pulled away late with free throws. Max Hess scored 25 points to lead the Panthers, including eight in Mead's 25-11 third quarter. Josh Richter added 12 points. …
