Alec Bluff scored 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and Chad Browneagle had 17 points and 12 rebounds as Cusick defeated Republic at home 77-63. For Republic, Aaron Fritts scored 19 points in the first half, but Cusick made defensive adjustments and held him to just four points in the second. Angelo Rivera netted 21 points, and Trevor Remien added 14. With the win Cusick earned a No. 2 seed in next week's district tournament.

Republic hit seven of 15 three-pointers, and strong team effort helped them keep their postseason hopes alive a little longer as the Tigers defeated Inchelium 74-66. Trevor Remien hit four of five three-pointers on his way to 15 points for the Tigers. Aaron Fritts led Repulic with 22 points. Aaron Helms had a team-high nine rebounds and six points.
