The Rainier Beach boys basketball team is all its cracked up to be. Just as the Shadle Park Highlanders, who watched first hand as the top-ranked Vikings handled them 74-46 in a State 3A tournament opener Thursday at the Tacoma Dome. Skyler Kelley led Shadle with 16 points.
