Puget Sound Advent topped Selkirk in five sets (20-25, 25-10, 25-20, 24-26, 15-12) in the 1B State tournament first round at the SunDome in Yakima on Thursday. Puget Sound Advent advanced to face Oakesdale in the quarterfinals while Selkirk dropped to a consolation match against Mt. Rainier Lutheran.

Oakesdale swept Puget Sound Advent 3-0 (25-20, 25-11, 25-17) in the second round of the State 1B tournament at the SunDome in Yakima on Thursday. Oakesdale advances to play Odessa in the quarterfinals on Friday at 9:45 AM.
