Matthew Holbrook scored 16 points and Garfield-Palouse overcame a sluggish start to cruise by host Potlatch in a nonleague game. In addition to his 16 points, Holbrook added six steals and three assists. Teammate Hunter Woltering contributed 12 points. The Loggers were led by Kenny Scheffler with eight points and eight rebounds.

Lakside held host Potlatch scoreless in the second quarter as the Knights went on to a 63-25 victory. Four Lakeside players finished in double figures, including Joe Brown with 16 points and Marcus Pluss with 13 points. Pluss also tallied six rebounds and three assists on the night.
