Post Falls suffered a season-ending 44-41 defeat at the hands of Rocky Mountain Saturday at Grangeville in a State 5A play-in game. The Trojans led 22-15 at the half, but were plagued by turnovers and foul trouble after the intermission. Maya Rogers led the Grizzlies with 14 points. Melody Kempton notched team-highs with 12 points and nine rebounds for PF.

Shayna Allert led Post Falls to a 52-35 victory over Lake City with 11 points, nine rebounds, five assists and four steals. Melody Kempton was the high scorer, dominating the paint with 26 points, including 8-15 from the line and 10 rebounds. Clarissa Smith netted 16 points for Lake City and was a perfect 4-4 from the line. With the win, the Trojans advanced to play Rocky Mountain, Saturday in Grangeville for a play-in game.
