In the first game of a double-header, Curlew went on the road and defeated Oroville 14-4 after six innings of play. For Curlew, pitcher Kaleona Fanning struck out nine batters and got two hits of her own, scoring four runs. She had the Cougars only two extra-base hits, with a double and a homerun.

In the second game of a double-header Curlew defeated Oroville 15-9 with starting pitcher Courtnee Kallstrom picking up the win. Curlew recorded eight hits, but were aided by the Oroville defense which committed nine errors.
