Cody Posselt scored 23 points and Logan Feasline grabbed 10 rebounds as St. Maries eliminated Orofino in the 2A District I-II Regional Tournament at Troy, Idaho. The Maniacs were led by Scotty Lee with 11 points. The Lumberjacks advance to play Grangeville on Thursday at 6 in Troy.

Scotty Lee scored 12 points and Caleb Turner added 11 to help Orofino defeat St. Maries 37-31 in a Central Idaho District 1/2 first round game on Wednesday. Jacob Greer scored eight points for St. Maries, while Dillon Michael and Logan Feasline chipped in six apiece. Orofino will play Grangeville in the semifinal Monday at Troy High School, while St. Maries will face Coeur d'Alene Charter in a loser-out game.
