What happened: Andreas Engholm and Parker Gerrits score 14 points apiece and the third-seeded Bears (23-5) beat the fifth-seeded Bullpups (22-5) in a 4A state quarterfinal game on Thursday at the Tacoma Dome. Jamil Miller and Henry Sandberg led G-Prep with 14 points apiece. Olympia will advance to play Mount Si in a semifinal Friday at the Tacoma Dome, while Gonzaga Prep will play Richland in a loser-out.
