Jim Townsend's double-double helped Okanogan dispatch Wilbur-Creston 66-53 Saturday at Wenatchee in a 2B regional round of state game. The win means Okanogan will travel to Spokane for the state quarterfinals on Thursday. West Valley staged a remarkable comeback to knock off Okanogan 69-67 in overtime Tuesday at the Eagle Holiday Classic. The Eagles trailed 54-39 entering the fourth quarter, but used pressure defense to force turnovers and get back in the game.
