Josie Orvik had nine kills and six blocks as Shadle Park defeated North Central 3-1 (19-25, 25-19, 25-11, 25-10) in a Greater Spokane League match. Teammate Haillee Etter had 12 digs and three aces. For North Central Kelli Orr had 31 assists and Kristen Swope added 14 kills. The two rivals will rematch for districts on Oct. 31st at Mt. Spokane High School.

Sophie West had 15 kills and three aces and Sydney Redstock dished out 11 assists as Gonzaga Prep topped North Central in straight sets in a Greater Spokane League match at North Central. Scores were 25-15, 25-15 and 25-13. Kristen Swope had 10 kills and Kelli Orr had 18 assists to lead the Indians.
