Heather Donais and Maddie Morgan each scored within minutes of each other to end the scoring drought for both teams and give Kamiakin enough for a 2-0 shutout over North Central. With the loss, North Central is eliminated from the tournament, while Kamaikin moves on to the next round.

Brittney Sanders scored two goals as Mt. Spokane defeated North Central, 4-1 in the District 8 3A Championships. Ashley Sanders and Emily Williams each had goals as well, and Peyton Stiles and Jaidyn Lyman recorded assists. With the win the Wildcats advance to play the winner of a Southridge, Kamiakin game, which will be played tomorrow.
