What happened: Karsen Denault scored 23 points, Jarin Prater added 19 and the second-seeded Tigers (23-0) beat the visiting seventh-seeded Dragons (19-7) in a 2B state opening-round game on Saturday at W.F. West High School on Saturday. Elden Pierce led St. George's with 16 points. St. George's advances to play the winner of La Conner/Adna in a loser-out on Wednesday.
