Syd Sanders put away two goals for Southridge to lead them to a 3-0 shutout over Mt. Spokane in the regional tournament. Mt. Spokane will now have to play in the consolation game against Kamiakin to get into state playoffs. Southridge, meanwhile, will move on to the round of 16 for state.

Brittney Sanders scored two goals as Mt. Spokane defeated North Central, 4-1 in the District 8 3A Championships. Ashley Sanders and Emily Williams each had goals as well, and Peyton Stiles and Jaidyn Lyman recorded assists. With the win the Wildcats advance to play the winner of a Southridge, Kamiakin game, which will be played tomorrow.
