Colin Richards pitched seven strong innings, and Coeur d'Alene defeated Mountain View 8-1 in the first game of a doubleheader Friday. Richards gave up three hits and struck out five. Reggie Nault supplied a good chunk of the Viks' offense, as he had two hits and three RBIs.

Mike Hicks drove in five runs, and Coeur d'Alene completed a doubleheader sweep of Mountain View with an 11-1 win Friday. Jonny Plum added three hits for the Viks, while Gibson Green and Reggie Nault had two RBIs each.
