Chewelah broke open a 31-31 tie in the fourth quarter by outscoring host Medical Lake 20-4 en route to a 51-35 win. Kaitlin Krouse notched a double-double for the Cougars with 11 points and 10 rebound. Teammate Maggie Cobb also scored 11 points to go along with eight rebounds. Emily Bonsant led Cardinal scorers with 11 points.

Lakeside used a powerful defensive performance to dominate Medical Lake 56-25. The Eagles forced 30 turnovers, including 22 in the first half alone, to shut down the Cardinals' offense. Ashley Cook-Cox finished with 20 points and six rebounds for Lakeside. Cassidy Hagel nine points and seven rebounds for Medical Lake.
