The Tigers jumped out to an early seven-point lead in the first quarter and pushed it to nine by halftime. The Panthers threatened to take the lead in the third quarter, going on a 8-0 run to start and half and cutting the lead to three. LC thwarted the comeback and coasted to a 11-point win. Cameron Tucker scored 16 points for Central Valley in its 58-44 road win Tuesday night. Justis Simmons hit three 3-pointers for Central Valley as well. Central Valley shot 44 percent from the field and held Mead to 38 percent. James Baird scored 14 points for Mead.
