What happened: Grace Lilje tallied 21 assists and 11 kills as Davenport defeated Liberty in five sets at the Northeast 2B district tournament in St. George's. Sydney Zeiler added 12 digs for the Gorillas, who advanced to play Northwest Christian in the third-place match.

What happened: There were a couple of momentum swings in this one. Davenport, fresh off a straight sets win over Reardan earlier in the day, put up a real fight led by a dominant frontcourt of Emma Johnson and Ivy Halverson. The match looked almost over in the fourth, but Liberty rallied from a 11-19 deficit in the forth to win the set 27-25.
