Wyatt Roettger netted 28 points, and Lind-Ritzville/Sprague knocked out Liberty 76-55 Monday in the 2B subregional at Waitsburg. Roettger shot 10 of 15 from the floor and made six of seven from the free-throw line. Jacob Saetre added 18 points for the Broncos and Dylan Becker scored 10. Chase Burnham paced the Lancers with 25 points, including 12-of-17 shooting on free throws. LRS will now play a game Friday against Asotin as the tournament moves to Mead.

Chase Burnham poured in 29 points and Liberty hung on to the No. 3 seed in Northeast 2B, defeated Davenport 66-64 in a close District 7 playoff game on Friday night at West Valley High School. The Lancers, who trailed the majority of the second half, took a 49-47 lead with 6:42 remaining and held onto it for the entirety of the fourth quarter.
