What happened: The Kangaroos (21-4) beat the Panthers (24-1) in a 3A state semifinal game at the Tacoma Dome on Friday. Lake Washington will play the winner of the Arlington/Garfield game in the state championship on Saturday. Mead will play the loser of the Arlington/Garfield game in the third place game on Saturday.
