Annica Willson scored in the 13th minute, but Centennial defeated Lake City 4-1 at Rocky Mountain HS in the semifinals of the Idaho 4A State Tournament Friday. Centennial scored three goals in a 13 minute stretch to take a commanding lead. What's next: Oct 21, Lake City vs. Rocky Mountain

Chloe Teets scored an unassisted goal in the 36th minute and Lake City (9-1-4) shut out Post Falls (4-9-3) 2-0 in the Idaho 5A District 1-2 championship game. The Timberwolves head to the Idaho state 5A tournament while Post Falls faces a play-in game against the District 3 fifth place team. Bridget Rieken added an insurance marker in the 50th minute and Capi Halliday made one save to make the goals stand up. The Timberwolves outshot the Trojans 14-1.
