Coby Grumbach notched 35 points, and Curlew bested host Inchelium 75-61 Saturday in the regular-season finale. Grumbach scored from all over the floor, as he made three threes, 10 twos and five free-throws. Gunner Brown added 20 points for the Cougars. Quentin Holford netted 21 points for the Hornets. He has scored at least 20 in five of Inchelium's last six games. Jaden Erickson tacked on 15 points.

Republic hit seven of 15 three-pointers, and strong team effort helped them keep their postseason hopes alive a little longer as the Tigers defeated Inchelium 74-66. Trevor Remien hit four of five three-pointers on his way to 15 points for the Tigers. Aaron Fritts led Repulic with 22 points. Aaron Helms had a team-high nine rebounds and six points.
