What happened: Sacred Heart University signee Carah Sweet had two hits including a double and five runs batted in and the third-seeded Falcons (20-2) beat the visiting sixth-seeded Bullpups (2-18) in a District 8 4A first round game on Tuesday. Hanford advances to play Kamiakin in a semifinal game on Friday and G-Prep will play Central Valley in a loser out on Friday.
