What happened: Dean Deakins carried the ball 27 times for 170 yards and two touchdowns and the Knights (3-7) beat the visiting Greyhounds (2-8) in a nonleague game on Thursday. Nathanylle Rodriguez threw his second touchdown pass of the night to Ivan Mendoza late in the fourth quarter, but Grandview could not convert on a game-winning two-point conversion.
