What happened: Colby Danielson threw for 200 yards on 11-of-18 passing and the visiting Panthers (1-0) squeaked past the Wildcats (0-1) in a nonleague game on Friday. Tyler Harkness rushed for 98 yards for Mead. The Panthers defense blocked a go-ahead field goal with 2 1/2 minutes to go in the game to secure the win.
