Brandon Porter scored 20 points as Eastmont held off visiting Lake City 51-44 Friday in a nonleague contest. Zach Lathan added 18 points, including three three-pointers, for the Wildcats. Kenny Louie-McGee and James Carlson netted 13 points each to lead the Timberwolves.

Mike Ervin turned in a career night to help Ferris stop visiting Eastmont 70-57 on Tuesday. Ervin tallied 30 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Freshman Reece Van Lierop tacked on 15 points for the Saxons, and Shamrock Campbell netted 11. Joel Miley also collected eight boards for the hosts. Brandon Porter led the Wildcats with 19 points, while Zach Lathan connected on five three-pointers for 15 points.
