Savannah Paul had 15 points and eight rebounds, and host Pullman withstood a late rally to defeat East Valley (Yakima) 42-38 on Saturday in the 2A subregional. The Greyhounds built up a 35-24 lead through three quarters, but a 14-7 run from the Red Devils in the fourth quarter made things interesting down the stretch.
